It was a quick week this week with our snow day and teacher work day. We spent time wrapping up our space unit and working on publishing our space stories. They are really coming together and will be bound soon to share in our class library! Below are pictures from choices on Thursday morning. They chose between making a poater about asteroids and comets, making the front covers of their space stories, or finishing their reflections on their music performance from the Space Museum. The Boosters and our Leadfit Team will be hosting a Bingo Night at MRA on Friday, February 17th. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and Bingo will start at 6:00. There is no entry fee. $10.00 will allow you to play all games, or you can pay a per game fee. Food will also be available for purchase. Please see the attached flyer for more infor- mation.

This week was short but eventful. Monday we had our Space Museum where the kids got to show off what their have learned and some of their work. On Tuesday we got to go to OMSI and see their Space Exhibit which the kids were enthralled with.
